In an interview with TVGuide, ‘Scrubs’ star Zach Braff said that, knowing the cliffhanger in store for us at the end of this season, a non-renewal for the troubled series would upset the fan base.
“[Series creator] Bill Lawrence doesn’t love cliff-hangers, but everyone sort of talked him into doing it this season, and he put a giant one at the end…so if this were the end of the series, knowing what the [cliff-hanger] is, I think the entire fan base would be furious.”
I’m really looking forward to following the future of ‘Scrubs’. The show is the brainchild of Stephen McPherson, who now serves as Entertainment President at ABC, and he has expressed that, if NBC passes on the comedy, ABC would be interested in picking it up. I’d love to see what the show could be in the hands of a network that believes in it.

Oh lord - please please please please please please do not put JD and Elliot together - this is one of the few comedies on TV I can stand to watch, but that love angle has been done to death.
It finally got its groove again last season (I would say the fourth was a wash because of that entire idiocy) - not again ugh.
Scrubs Is My Fave Show.

Okay so here is the thing, I have seen every episode of Scrubs. I started watching in November on Comedy Central and they play 10 episodes a week. And nevertheless, it is my all time favorite show. I adore everything about this show. I just can’t get enough of it.
When they decided to end the show, I was really sad. And I re-hea-hea-hea-hea-llly want it back. They left us with the worse possible ending ever. I mean come on, about 10 thousand different forms of “What will happen how?” ran through my head. Honestly, I don’t think JD and Elliot have ever been this screwed up in the entire history of the show, and then they end it not telling us what will happen??
I am left wondering what will happen, but I wont ever find out now because they decided to cancel the show. And this is one of the only shows I watch. I’m 13, and I watch Scrubs, Hannah Montana, and TRL. That is all. All I am trying to say, is that “I DONT WANT THE SHOW TO BE CANCELLED.” =[ –AZ

I hope that JD and Elliot DO get together. I don’t know, their little moments and friendship are so cute. Although it doesn’t necessarily mean that they’d make a good couple, i’m a big supporter.

The link above has nothing to do with the 2008 Season. It’s over. We’re in season 7; which is what that site is saying.

seriously… WTF… how is that even a season finale… if that is the final episode… I might break something… like every season I own just because that is by far the most pathetic excuse of an episode ever… why the hell is Kelso even in it as the chief of medicine… it is like they just radomly put an episode that should have been in the middle of the season as the series finale… I wanna throw up

I think the ending was fitting for another network to pick it up. It definitely left some open doors.
If it doesn’t get picked up by ABC THEN I will be angry with the ending.

I watched the Finale episode, and I was extremely disappointed!!! This was a worse finale than the Seinfeld finale. I started watching the Scrubs reruns Feb 2007 and have been watching the show religiously since. It was one of the most clever sitcoms I had seen in a very long time. I didn’t get closure at all from the show and it seems like the last few episodes were just rushed… didn’t tie up any loose ends for me (too many to go into). I felt very robbed! They weren’t even give an hour to wrap things up. If I was a cast member, I would be UPSET & EMBARRASSED to exit a show in that manner.
I’m getting furious againg thinking of last night’s show. - Bye

I’ve heard rumor that originally the episode that was aired as the finale was supposed to be the 3rd to last episode. the actually last episode was supposed to be the one that aired 2nd to last, just the scrub producers decided that this episode was better suited for a finale. in my opinion, none of them were/are. i’m very disappointed, i just hope it gets picked up by ABC, i think they would do an awesome job with it.
what was up w/ laverne being in the finale??!?! i thought that was sweet…but mad no sense…!

I too say that the finale was a mishmash of crap and totally disjointed. I think they ..might redeem themselves, if ABC is looking for their talent. The writers’ strike totally screwed everyone out of what would have been awesome.
Kelso, “Laverne’s” reincarnated character, Jordon being nice, its like a fairytale of a fairytale gone bad. Turk and Carla being melded into one ‘thing’, bleh! The premise that Cox would allude to a diagnosis by some off hand “its something you weren’t listening to..” was crap. That part should have just been put in the bloody fairytale side. Why would he let a complicated diagnosis just hang there, while the patient was clearly dying?
Ever since they’ve come back, its all been slapschtick.
I mean really when Kelso was eating that cake from the trash a couple episodes ago and saying “Don’t look at me” ..sad. Then later on looking at the camera like some kind of cheap a$$ gag. I’ve seen better in a highschool play.
Get scooped up or get scooped out into the dumpster!
