ABC stands to have the biggest shakeup of everyone at this year’s upfronts.  There’s a rumored schedule that’s been floating around the web for the past few days, and in it, there are a whopping eight new shows in store this fall, not to mention the drastic schedule reshuffling that’s in store.

Also of note is the move of ‘Lost’ to Tuesday nights starting in February.  I think this is the smart move for the network…moving it earlier in the lineup, and getting it away from ‘Idol’.

This is the previously mentioned rumored lineup:

MONDAY
8 – 9:30 Dancing with the Stars
9:30 – Sam I Am
10 - Marlowe

TUESDAY
8 - Dancing with the Stars
9 - Dirty Sexy Money
10 - Boston Legal

WEDNESDAY
8 - Pushing Daisies
9 - Private Practice
10 - October Road

THURSDAY

9 - Grey’s Anatomy
10 - Football Wives

SUNDAY

9 - Desperate Housewives
10 - Brothers & Sisters

The Replacements

Man…compared to yesterday’s relatively bare-bones NBC announcement, that’s A LOT of new programming.  Let’s see what the network has in store.

Sam I Am - After waking from a coma, a woman with amnesia comes to term with her past self, learning that she was a pretty awful person.
Marlowe - Based on the film and literary character Philip Marlowe.
Dirty Sexy Money - After his father dies, a lawyer must take up the job of representing one of the wealthiest (and illegal, apparently) families in New York.
Pushing Daisies - Drama about a man who can bring people back to life just by touching them…but if he touches them again, they die for good.  Apparently, he brings a girl back and then falls in love with her, but he can never touch her again.
Private Practice - Grey’s Anatomy spinoff
Football Wives - Based on the British series, focusing on football players’ wives
The Middle - A middle class Midwestern family show told through the eyes of the mother.
Miss/Guided - Kind of ‘Ugly Betty’-esque…formerly ugly student returns to school as guidance counselor, and her former high-school enemy is a coworker
Cashmere Mafia - “Four successful female executives, friends since college, rely on each other as they juggle the demands of career, family and high ambitions in New York City.”…you lost me after the forth word.
Cavemen - “Three prehistoric men who must battle prejudice as they attempt to live as normal thirtysomethings in modern Atlanta.” - Already hated.
Eli Stone - “Spiritual drama about a man who believes he may be a prophet.”

Just a few minutes and we’ll find out how right or wrong we may be.
