CBS today announced its Winter schedule in a press release. As expected, game shows and “reality” shows dominate the block.
A few new episodes of “48 Hours Mystery” will air in January. February 12 will mark the beginning of “Big Brother’s” first winter season. “Comanche Moon” is a six hour mini-series that will air the week of January 13th. A new game show called “Do You Trust Me” will make its way onto the schedule at some point, but they’re apparently not sure when yet.
“Jericho” will air its six-episode second season starting Tuesday February 12. “Power of 10″, still hosted by Drew Carey, begins on January 2nd, and “Survivor” begins its 16th season on February 7th.
Finally, two sitcoms are in the mix, “The New Adventures of Old Christine” returns on Monday, January 28 – and a new comedy “The Captain” which focuses on an eccentric group of people living in the same Hollywood apartment building, premieres on Monday, January 28.
Reruns of Cold Case, Criminal Minds, CSI, CSI: Miami, CSI: NY, Ghost Whisperer, How I Met Your Mother, Moonlight, NCIS, Numb3rs, Shark, Two and a Half Men and Without a Trace will continue indefinitely.
