Now that the dust has cleared on the whole “racial slurs” for Duane “Dog” Chapman – A&E is eager to get their ratings winner back on television. They have decided to give Dog a second chance, with A&E spokeman Michael Feeney going to bat for hims by stating that he didn’t believe Dog was a racist.
The series will return to the network on June 25th in reruns, and original episodes will being in August.
This is big news for Dog fans, and I’m sure they’re excited – although I have a feeling this show may lose at least a small portion of its audience upon its return. People have had enough time to forget about Dog…will they care when he comes back?
