Yeah, I know the headline sounds funny, but the reality of the situation is not funny at all. Gary Coleman is currently selling a pair of pants that he has autographed on eBay to help pay for his kidney dialysis.

If you’re not familiar with exactly what dialysis is, I encourage you to read up on it. It’s not funny.
