Tween superstar Miley Cyrus will be appearing on “The Oprah Winfrey Show” today. Cyrus will be talking about her hit television show and her sold out concerts. There is no word yet on if she’s going to be discussing the lawsuits, ticket scalping and angry fanclub members – but I’m betting they won’t spend too much time on that.

Also joining Hanna Montana will be her real-life and on screen father, Billy Ray Cyrus. One thing that is sure to happen is that Miley and Oprah have planned a surprise for a small group of her biggest fans.
