A few days ago, we posted the first Lost Season 4 Teaser. It really just consisted of scenes from past seasons and a few quick glimpses of scenes from the new season.

ABC has released a new trailer now…and, man…it gets me excited about the show like few trailers I’ve ever seen of any kind. Check it out below.

While watching this trailer, it occurred to me why I’m more excited about this season than any others. There’s something about this trailer that really seems to convey that Lost has a definite arc established…a definite cohesive story that they are trying to tell. It’s not like other shows, like, say, Heroes, where every season or volume is just another chapter. Not that there’s anything wrong with that…it just adds to a narrative when you know that there is a set story that is being told. Lost is definitely building toward a resolution, and Season 4 looks like it could be the best chapter in that story yet.

If only it was more than 8 episodes. *sigh*
