Pete Ross returns to Smallville in January

Actor Sam Jones III is returning to Smallville as a guest star in Feb in the episode “Hero”. There is no word on if his role will be recurring in the future, or if it is just a one time guest spot. What is known, however, is that old Pete won’t be happy with the changes that have occurred since he left the show a few years ago.
In the episode Pete will be getting temporary powers from a Kryptonite related incident (but really, who HASN’T that happened to at this point?), and it will have some kind of effect on his relationship with Clark – which has apparently been non-existent. You’d think the two would have been emailing or something.
Anyway – look for him in Feb.

I guess Sam finally figured out that Smallville is his one chance to be on TV outside of commercials for snack foods.

Sam has actually moved past Smallville in a major way. He’s been on E.R. for afew years now,and also has done quite afew movies. I believe this return is strictly for the fans who have asked for his charachter to return since he’s turned down Gough&co for years now.

I think its great he at least returns for one episode…but does anyone recall what episode he left? or did he just dissapear after graduation?
