This breaks my heart.
Among the many announcements at today’s ABC upfronts was this little nugget…the 2008-09 season of Boston Legal will be its last. The announcement was pretty much an accident…ABC President Steve McPherson was discussing the deal with Life on Mars when he said that Legal head David E. Kelley would “write pretty much every [episode] of the final season of ‘Boston.’”
Despite the critical acclaim that it received, BL’s just never been able to find a solid audience. I hate to see it go.

The article should have read, “Never found an intelligent audience”.
Too bad all of the reality(?!), dance, so called talent and endless tream of 1,000.000 game show watchers are not even aware of one of the finest written, performed and thought provoking shows of modern t.v. will soon end.
That is why t.v. is called a medium. Few programs are rare or well done. Boston Legal will be missed.

Indeed, truly a sad decision ! Boston Legal is and has been the best hour on TV for the last few years . I hope Denny and Alan go out fishing.

I’m sorry to see Boston Legal go. This show is the only show on Tv.
that makes any sense out of what’s going on in our world today. Must we all live in a fantsy world wake up people somebody had to take a stand on real life issure’s and I think Boston Legal did. I guess this show is only for the intelligent people who really do want real truth for a change.
Sincerely, Candy
