The CW drops WWE ‘Smackdown’ at the end of the 2007-2008 season

Vince McMahon is looking for a home for his second tier show, WWE Smackdown. The CW network has decided not to renew their agreement, and Smackdown will not call the network home after the end of the 2007-2008 season.
McMahon is currently looking for a new network to pick up the series, and its always possible that USA, the home of WWE Raw could do the honors…but they weren’t interested in the WWE’s third show, ECW, either.
So, right now it looks like there could be some trouble in wrasslin’ land.

CW IS LOSING THE BEST FRIDAY NITE RATED SHOW OF ANY STATION.
AFTER LOOKING AT THE cw SHOW LINEUPS, THEY’LL PROBABLY PUT ANOTHER “GIRLIE” SHOW ON. SO MUCH FOR CHANNEL 5. IT’S BACK TO LOWEST VIEWED CHANNEL.

yu guys are ohdeee crazy! BELIEVE ME CW11 IS GONNA LOSE RATINGS AND THAT NETWORK IS GONNA SUCK! FOR WWE: SMACKDOWN RATINGS ARE GONNA SHOOT DOWN! BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY DOWN! I thought I saw an ad that smackdown was coming to My 9. I don’t want cable. I just received my new digital upgrade box and now I can see the TV. Don’t take my smackdown away. (I wish I could watch Raw and win a million dollars too, but no cable)
