Let's just say, I was a huge fan of Teletubbies when I was a little toddler. Also, that definitely isn't the scariest. Check out a BBC show called 'Jigsaw'. Why is it so scary? Well, look it up yourself. They have this character called Noseybonk. How about this? Search the term 'noseybonk', and see why it's so scary. Trust me, this thing beats Teletubbies in a heart beat. Like I said, Teletubbies isn't the worst. Aside from all that, something that was made by the same people that made Teletubbies that's scary, is Boohbah. That thing is used for brainwashing children to become overweight, lethargic blobs. Now, that's some freaky stuff. Lastly, very great list, but a lot of these shows I don't even know about.
