This week will see season premieres on Fox, FX, and The CW. First up…

House will premiere on Fox on Tuesday at 8:00 pm. According to sources close within the TV Jab camp it is expected that there is going to be some kind of mysterious illness – and its going to be up to House to figure it out while being snarky and demeaning to those around him. That’s just a guess, though.

It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia will begin its fourth season on Thursday at 10:00 pm. Based on the previews it looks like the gang will be tackling important issues like cannibalism, waterboarding, and poor dental hygiene. It’s terrible human beings at their very best.

Supernatural – It looks like Dean is alive – as he is in the previews for the season premiere of The CW’s horror series. You can catch it Thursday at 9:00 pm.
