I never watched The 4400 – but I am a fan of The Dead Zone. According to TV Squad, both of them have been axed today. This is one of those decisions that REALLY just doesn’t make sense to me. With almost no chance of a pilot season next year, why would you cancel two shows that have a cult following?
Why now? Why not wait until you know what your schedule is going to look like next year? Why not keep these two shows in your pocket for a while? And how bad does the viewership have to be to warrant getting cancelled by USA?
The Dead Zone and The 4400 both deserve tv movies to finish off the stories for their fan base. Shows getting cancelled out of the blue like this are exactly why people are reserved about getting into new serialized dramas.
What can we send to get The Dead Zone saved? Canes?
